  • Lead and execute DFT flows for SoC/ASIC projects, including MBIST and scan chain insertion.
  • Analyze and enhance RTL for DFT readiness and implement DFT structures.
  • Plan memory clock controls and configure scan compression and test protocols.
  • Collaborate with design and layout teams to review DFT impacts on timing and area.
  • Document DFT methodology, constraints, and reports.
  • Support technology enablement and audits for quality and compliance.
