Description

Developing and customizing firmware for reference designs, solution demos and customers requirements. Developing and customizing firmware for reference designs, solution demos and customers requirements. Coordinate with the firmware team for code example development to meet solution demo and kit requirements. 7+ years of relevant work experience. Bachelors/Masters in Embedded System, Electrical, Electronics orComputer Science preferred. Experience in embedded system design or applications / customer support. Ability to work with cross-functional teams. Hands on debugging of Interface products and Microcontroller products. Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscope and protocol analyzers. Understanding various host interfaces: USB, I2C, UART, SPI, etc. Understanding of the USB Type-C and Power Delivery specifications is a plus. Knowledge of analog and power management circuits like Power switches, LDOs and switching regulators. Understand the PCB design layout and schematic capture, ability to pick the right components based on system requirements. Demonstrate ability to design turnkey solutions and understand allaspects of product life cycle are a plus. Strong team-player and practical hands-on problem solver.
