Description

Work to enhance backend package development efficiency and effectiveness through data visualization and data management. Perform advanced statistical and analytics in supporting platform unit process development analysis, enabling fast development time-to-market. PhD/Masters/Bachelor in Computer Science / Data Science / Electronic Engineering or its equivalent with 5-10 years of relevant work experience, surplus experience in basic project management and semiconductor backend assembly metrology process. Strong understanding on semiconductor backend assembly advanced packaging technology development. Proficient in end-to-end data use cases at backend assembly package development, touching on topics such as data engineering, analytics, and governance. Hands-on experience in data management and analytics methodology in regards to process development. Strong accountability, self-initiative, and proactive attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is good team player who is able to work well with both internal and external partners.
