Job Description Requirement: Experience: 7.5+ Years : Own end-to-end SDLC delivery across multiple workstreams using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Drive sprint planning, Daily Standups, track and highlight any follow-ups; ensure timely closure of user stories, release milestones and highlight dependencies on the relevant stakeholder. Maintain strict discipline in JIRA/Asana including ETAs, dependencies, burn-down charts, and accurate status reporting. Publish bi-weekly program dashboards covering burn points, velocity, KPIs, productivity metrics, risks, and mitigation plans. Work with Business stakeholders to define requirements and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with Engineering & Product on estimates, prioritization, release sequencing, and production readiness. Prepare and deliver senior leadership presentations; create clear, compelling PowerPoint reports and program narratives. Apply AI-based productivity tools for faster reporting, planning, documentation, and workflow efficiency. Govern delivery documentation, RCA, dependency mapping, and continuous process improvements. Manage collaboration across matrix teams and cross-geographies, ensuring alignment and timely outcomes. Foster strong engagement across QA, SRE/Infra, Security, Legal/Compliance, and vendor partners. Responsibilities Create, understand, and validate the estimated effort for given module/task, and able to justify it Lead the development of demos / POCs for the client and participate in client workshops Ensure that the coding & best Practices are followed when developing & testing the solutions, as well as define the code versioning and deployment processes Ensure the process adherence as well as be pro-active in the continuous improvement of the existing processes Manage resource allocation and ensure proper utilization of the team Keep management and stakeholder up to date with regular status reporting in terms of SLAs, deliverables, milestone, issues/risks challenges, and the mitigation plan Assess and action on risks, issues, opportunities, and threats for projects. Managing and mentoring a team of developers and consultants in developing Salesforce projects. Developing metrics for each project to determine paths to success. Working experience of agile project methodologies, sprint planning & execution, manage sprint backlog items Foster partnership with customers/stakeholders/sponsors Work multiple projects simultaneously Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
