Establish maintenance systematic & methodology for new and existing EOL equipment to ensure machine is upkeep at optimize condition. Support Equipment engineering/maintenance personnel competency development plan according to job requirement. Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology). Experience in handling Mold and Trim and Form equipment.
