Description

Manage Tie Bar Cut equipment maintenance systematic, actual maintenance activities and the maintenance personnel in order to achieve best equipment efficiency and maintenance cost. Support to optimize machine performance and efficiency by using adequate problem solving tool available. Spare parts management on usage, budget control. and work on cost reductions. Trouble shoot and diagnose difficult, infrequent problems in a systematic approach. Monitor PM activities, OEE & MTBA performance, quality and yield of assembly processes. Supports production stabilization projects to achieve robust manufacturing (F). Support new product & equipment for ramp-up & expansion manufacturing line. Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology). We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
