Description

As Senior Staff Engineer Product Test Engineering, you're responsible to lead one of Product Engineering team and play a critical role in driving yield improvement, test package stability and robustness, test time reduction and tested lot disposition quality. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role: Responsible for BE Test Package (Test Program, Test Board) qualification and productive release Provide clear analyses, perform TP debugging and propose corrective action to Business Unit Test Engineering Close collaboration with Process, Equipment and Test Engineer to narrow down root cause, and solve Product/TP issues in term of yield, stability, and quality Develop and maintain yield roadmap, dashboards, and reports to track yield performance, and provide insights to stakeholders Setup effective firewall at test, perform Lot on Hold risk assessment, provide disposition, and drive for improvement. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed: Bachelor’s in Electrical or Electronic Engineering Have >5relevant years of experience in maufacturing Good in electronics understanding & knowledgeable in semiconductor processes, automotive product application, and instrumentation Excellent analytical statistical method, problem-solving method (T6S,8D) Good proficiency in English, and communication skills Experience in leading improvement project / leading a team, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
