Description
Drive Quality Improvement Program, ensure deviation, risk and change-management are controlled and problem solving are in place Drive Quality System Audit with zero non conformity finding on Compliance Audit, IATF Audit, and Customer Audit Drive on Deviation Management System to meet company targets, and ensures capability and stability of production (e.g. SPC) and manages corrective and preventive measures Implements processes, controls plans, and methods Ensures compliance with standards and documents results. A Bachelor degree in Science or Mechanical / Electronics Engineering Minimum 3 years experience in Quality Engineering or a related field Experience in Semiconductor or PCBA manufacturing is preffered Understanding of business principles and industry-specific quality standards Excellent in Leadership, Communication, and Collaboration skills Familiar with ISO/IATF audit systems Familiar with FMEA, FTA, 8D, Fishbone, 3x5 Why analysis, CP, T6S We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
