Your Role We are seeking a highly skilled Field Applications Engineer (FAE) to join our team, focusing on eSIM and other security products . The successful candidate will act as the technical bridge between our customers, product application engineer teams, and sales / marketing teams. This individual will have a deep understanding of eSIM technologies, mobile network architecture, and IoT/M2M solutions. Therole involves providing technical expertise, trouble shooting, customer training, system integration for our eSIM products and solutions. Key responsibilities in your new role Act as the first point of contact for technical inquiries related to eSIM products / solutions for IoT, M2M and consumer markets. Work closely with customers to analyze their requirements and recommend the appropriate products and solutions. Collaborate with the sales / marketing team during customer engagements to provide technical presentations and demonstrations. Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers during development and integration phases. Guide customers through the design in / win process for eSIM product and solutions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, standards, and regulations related to eSIM technology and communicate changes to the team. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years of experience in a similar technical role (e.g., R&D Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or Systems Application Engineer). Familiarity with IoT devices, embedded systems, modems, and authentication technologies. Strong understanding of eSIM technologies, SIM provisioning, and GSMA standards (e.g., RSP architecture, SM-DP+, SM-SR). Proficiency in languages such as Java, C or C++. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional and global teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with customer-centric thinking. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in adynamic environment. Smartcard OS development experience is a plus.
