• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with IC design engineers, data scientists, and software developers to integrate genAI knowledge and productivity solutions seamlessly into existing tools and flows.Prototype and Test: Develop copilot prototypes and conduct rigorous testing to validate the performance and effectiveness of genAI knowledge solutions.

• Technical/hard skills needed

• 3+ years IP Design Experience (Digital preferably);
• Python programming experience;
• Scripting skills (BASH or PowerShell or TCL);
• Electronic Engineering Degree (Computer Science acceptable if they have IP design experience);
• 5+ years relevant experience;
• Familiarity with EDA tools and IC design processes;
• Desirable but not essential
• Experience in genAI application development (desirable but not essential);
• Experience working with XML or other documentation formats;
• A firm understanding of working with and getting the most out of LLMs, RAG;
• Experience in developing and deploying AI solutions in a high-performance environment.
