Description

Be the key enabler of the respective site/segment to achieve Operational Excellence by lean layout and work place design to achieve long term area and people efficiencies target. Job Description In your new role you will: Develop and implement a comprehensive site production layout strategy that meets our business needs Design and optimize overall site production and office layouts to achieve area efficiency targets and flexibility Lead project management for layout implementation, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality delivery Drive standardization of workplace design to maximize productivity, reduce waste, and ensure high product quality Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Facilities, Environment Safety & Health, IT) to maintain a safe, efficient, and clean work environment Ensure accurate and up-to-date layout information in our database and documentation Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field At least 3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, with a focus on production layout and process optimization Proven track record of driving efficiency and productivity gains Excellent project management and leadership skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Passion for innovation and continuous improvement #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
