REQUIREMENTS:

• Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in postnatal ward
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing from SNB-approved training institutions.
• Willing to do shiftwork.

• Assess patients’ needs upon admission and daily during their hospital stay.
• Create and implement care plans based on assessed needs.
• Evaluate and track patients’ progress according to the care plan.
• Document care provided and monitor outcomes on designated charts and forms.
• Provide safe and skilled nursing care at all times.
• Engage actively in physicians’ rounds.
• Execute treatments and tests as prescribed by physicians.
• Work in partnership with physicians and healthcare providers for seamless patient care delivery.
• Offer information and education to patients and families on disease prevention, health education, and rehabilitation methods.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Supervise and guide nursing students, new hires, registered nurses, and junior staff.
• Participate in clinical and service quality initiatives.
• Keep current with the latest nursing and healthcare practices.
