Job Responsibilities Responsible for assessing, developing, implementing and evaluating the overall clinical practice setting and standard of care for patients requiring community care and supportive/palliative care in NNI. You will work closely with all grades of nursing staff, physicians, inter-disciplinary team and community partners to provide optimal supportive to our patients. You will act as a clinical resource person to nursing staff in the management of patients and manages a practice caseload in Neuroscience. You will adopt evidence-based clinical practice, teaching programmes to nursing staff and community partners, provide resources and comprehensive patient education programmes to patients, families & public.Job Requirements Recognised General Nursing qualification and registered with the Singapore Nursing Board Degree in Nursing or Advanced Diploma in Nursing or its equivalent in the area of Neuroscience specialty is preferred Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical working experience in an acute care hospital setting Experience in community nursing and/or palliative care is preferred Possesses good communication skills and a good team player Able to work at various NNI campuses
