Senior/Staff/Principle Java Engineer

• Hybrid: Tue & Wed in office
• Senior: €80K - €100K
• Staff/Principle: €100K - €120K

We're partnered with a Berlin-based SaaS platform powering time management for millions of users and hiring Senior, Staff & Principal Java Engineers. Unlike VC-backed competitors burning cash, they’re uniquely the only company in their niche profitable for 15 straight years.

They're launching a new backend department for major upcoming greenfield projects. They want to moving beyond calendar syncs into intelligent time-manipulation engines and complex orchestration. 8 Java Engineers in total (4 Seniors & 4 Staff-Principles).

What they need:

• Senior/Staff/Principal background with heavy Java experience.
• High-concurrency distributed systems experience (Kafka, Postgres, microservices).
• Complex algorithmic problem solving (time-zone math, external API synchronization).
• Desire to own platform architecture and mentor devs, working closely with leadership.
