This team and its charter are being built from the ground up, with a relentless focus on assembling world-class growth talent passionate about defining the future of Product Growth at IntuitAs a Senior Staff Product Manager on the Product Growth team, you will lead the identification and execution of high-impact growth initiatives, balancing rapid experiments for immediate results with long-term investments that drive scalable growth across business units and ultimately the company. You will own the vision, strategy, and execution of critical product funnel optimizations, leveraging data and experimentation to deliver measurable outcomes. In this role, you will guide a dedicated pod of Engineering, Design, and Data Science teammates, ensuring alignment and excellence in execution across the organization. As the Growth function continues to scale, this role also offers opportunities to take on broader leadership responsibilities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in driving product growth within a large organization.
• Familiarity with AI-driven optimization and personalization techniques.
• Background in financial technology or B2B software serving the SMB segment
