The Sr. Staff Engineer contributes to the definition of the strategy and execution of the actions required to achieve plant/business unit/function objectives in the BD Medication Management Solutions (MMS) business unit, as it relates to improving the Production & Process Controls, Non-conforming & Supplier Management processes. The role will have responsibility for implementing Continuous Improvement (CI) programs through use of Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean, Validation, CI tools and project management best practices both within BD and with BD’s suppliers.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
