JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
As a Senior Staff Software Engineer, you’ll work on the cutting edge of cloud technology as you scope and lead complex technical projects, laying the groundwork for early-stage products to iterate and scale. You will collaborate closely with architects and technical product managers to translate overarching system architecture and product requirements into cohesive, high-quality software solutions. In this role, you will lead the design and development of cloud-native services that deliver computing capabilities—including servers, databases, storage, networking, analytics, and intelligence—over the Internet and at the edge. You’ll collaborate across teams to build high-performance, scalable, and secure systems that meet customer needs and drive innovation.
Your leadership will emphasize quality, test-driven development, and adherence to sound software engineering practices, using industry best practices to maintain a high standard of excellence across all team deliverables. Additionally, you will leverage Generative AI (Gen AI) to drive agile development and releases.
