Description

Support & coordinate to the IT solution rollout/implementation. Support user requirements gathering and hand over to service provider as well as ensure delivery to User always with good quality. Participate in project as project member to support project work packages and deliveries. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, or any equivalent course. Minimum 2 years of experience in 2nd and 3rd level SAP WM functional support or relevant experience in Warehouse solution and processes. Good logical thinking, analytical troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
