Lead a team of web developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and oversight to ensure successful project delivery ,,Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React/Angular, jQuery, CSS, ASP.Net Core ensuring alignment with our technology stack and architecture ,,Collaborate with product Owners and Architects to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions to meet those needs ,,Work with designers to translate design concepts into functional and visually appealing web applications ,,Ensure web applications are scalable, secure, and meet performance requirements ,,Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecturediagrams, design documents, and code comments ,,Participate in code reviews, ensuring that code quality and bestpractices are maintained ,,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web development, particularly in Java and React ,,A degree in engineering, computer science or a related field(Bachelor/Master) ,,7+ years of hands-on experience in software development with a focuson architectural design and system integration ,,Proven leadership and mentorship experience, with a focus on guidingand developing both senior and junior software engineers ,,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability totranslate business requirements into technical solutions withinPolarion. ,,Expertise in modern web development frameworks (e.g. React/Angular,jQuery, CSS, ASP.Net Core), programming languages and databasetechnologies ,,Experience with building integrations based on an event drivenapproach ,,Strong understanding of cloud technologies, containerization, andorchestration tools (e.g. Kubernetes/OpenShift) ,,Proficiency in agile methodologies, DevOps practices and CI/CDpipelines ,,Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a trackrecord of successfully addressing complex technical challenges.
