The Customer Insights and Experience team is a function within Customer Technical Operations & Resilience in the Enterprise Customer and Operations division at ASX. This team enables the customer driven pillar of ASX’s FY28 strategy and exists to design and deliver integrated stakeholder frameworks and insights that empower ASX teams to adopt data driven practices, elevating stakeholder experience and driving sustainable value for ASX and the Market. Your responsibilities Champion exceptional stakeholder experiences by designing and implementing holistic engagement frameworks that clearly define purpose and guiding principles. These frameworks encompass identification, mapping, modelling, process design, and governance, ensuring every stakeholder interaction is meaningful and impactful. Evaluate and enhance feedback and consultation channels, aligning them with industry-leading practices across all stakeholder groups. Connect actionable insights with organisational strategy to drive ongoing improvement in stakeholder satisfaction and engagement. Strengthen governance, transparency, and accountability of stakeholder engagement by working with stakeholder owners to map risks, controls, insights, reporting mechanisms, and governance structures. Proactively review and optimise engagement frameworks and processes to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Develop a unified communications playbook that serves as the definitive resource for business-as-usual operations, incidents, and events. This ensures consistent, efficient, and aligned messaging for all stakeholders. Proactively address any gaps in crisis communication by establishing clear authority and approval pathways for external communications, with robust frameworks for drafting, approving, and releasing messages. Coordinate decisive, aligned engagement during critical incidents or major events. Safeguard the organisation’s interests and reputation through timely, transparent, and effective communication. Design insightful stakeholder engagement metrics and reporting tools that empower ASX Executives and Boards, enabling data-driven strategic decisions and effective risk management. Drive impactful consultation and informed decision-making by facilitating high-value stakeholder forums and supporting a unified organisational perspective. This approach enhances understanding of interdependencies and enables coordinated, strategic action across the enterprise. Your experience and qualifications Must have 5+ years experience in a customer and/or stakeholder engagement role Proven ability to design, refine, and implement stakeholder engagement processes and frameworks including feedback loops and consultation processes Strategic thinking and project management skillset with experience developing and implementing engagement strategies. Strong communication and facilitation skills with experience leading forums and driving collaboration across teams Organisational and digital skills with the ability to prioritise, systemise and summarise large quantities of data and information across various sources Ability to create unified communication playbooks for consistent messaging. Experience establishing crisis communication protocols and approval processes. Skill in designing metrics for executive decision-making and risk management. Experience working with Senior Stakeholders Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience in business, communications, governance, or a related field. Nice to have Financial Services experience Skills in risk assessment, controls, and governance; risk management or audit experience. Analytical ability for extracting insights and reporting; experience with stakeholder sentiment analysis and KRI reporting.
