Drive Responsible Sourcing: Champion standards for traceability, anti-forced labor compliance, and environmental sustainability. Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Azure CTO, Azure Identity Management, procurement, legal, and policy teams to align standards with business objectives. Shape Industry Policy: Influence regulatory and technical standards through proactive engagement and thought leadership. Embody our Culture and Values Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python 6+ years experience in standards development or supply chain management. 4+ years experience with data center operations and its global supply chains. 4+ years of negotiation and multi-stakeholder engagement skills. Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 12+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. Expertise in IETF, ISO, IEC, GS1or NIST standards and responsible sourcing frameworks. Experience in tech diplomacy and cross-industry standards negotiations. Knowledge of environmental and labor compliance standards.
