ECAV is responsible for multi-sectorial learning, capacity building and workforce development, community development and supervision, in the specialist areas of prevention and response to violence, abuse and neglect (PARVAN).
ECAV aims to ensure that the people of NSW can access culturally safe, high quality, trauma-informed services with practitioners who are ethical, competent and confident in the prevention of and healing from violence, abuse and neglect.
This position is responsible for supporting implementation of the NSW Health Adult Survivors’ Program through participation in statewide collaboration, workforce development and program development activities.
