This position supports the implementation of sampling protocols, policy evaluations, and audit simulations for state-administered federal benefit programs. Key Responsibilities: Conduct advanced statistical analysis on program data related to SNAP, TANF, MOE, and related OTDA initiatives. Assist in the creation and refinement of sampling plans used for audits and compliance reporting. Generate predictive models and project estimates for program performance. Contribute to reports submitted to federal agencies and support responses to sanctions or federal audits. Provide expert feedback in hearings or appeals as needed. Required Qualifications: Master’s degree or higher in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in governmental statistical work or consulting. Demonstrated knowledge of statistical software (e.g., R, SAS, Stata). Strong written communication skills for translating findings into actionable insights. Data Analyst – $65/hr
