POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Engineer with a strong emphasis on Network Appliance (NetApp), PURE Storage, Rubrik backup solutions, and Azure Blob Storage. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our storage and backup infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. This role requires a deep understanding of storage, backup, and cloud technologies, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support our organization’s IT needs.

*   EXPERIENCE:

o  Minimum of 8 years of experience in systems engineering, with a focus on storage, backup, and cloud solutions.

o  Proven experience with NetApp storage systems, PURE Storage, Rubrik backup solutions, and Azure Blob Storage.

•   Technical Skills:

o  Strong knowledge of storage protocols (iSCSI, NFS, CIFS/SMB) and storage area networks (SAN).
o  Proficiency in managing Windows and/or Linux servers.
o  Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
o  Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting tools.

o  Expertise in Azure Blob Storage, including design, implementation, and management.

•   Soft Skills:

o  Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
o  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o  Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
