Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee the meticulous inventory management of all joinery materials, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing wastage of valuable timber and hardware.
• Implement and enforce stringent quality control checks on incoming joinery supplies, rejecting substandard materials to maintain the integrity of finished products.
• Develop and optimize efficient storage and retrieval systems for joinery components, maximizing space utilization and reducing production lead times.
• Manage the dispatch of joinery materials to production teams, ensuring timely delivery and accurate allocation to specific project requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possess a strong educational foundation, ideally a diploma or certification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience specifically within a joinery or woodworking materials store environment.
• Hold certifications in forklift operation and hazardous material handling, ensuring safe and compliant operations.
• Exhibit proficiency in using inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or specialized joinery inventory systems).
