123ink.ie is part of one of Europe's leading online retail groups and we're looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager who wants full ownership of that operation - the layout, the stock, the systems, and the people.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who wants to build something properly: designing how the warehouse runs while using data and industry know-how to keep a fast-moving operation efficient. What You'll Own

- The full warehouse operation - goods-in, restock, pick and pack and all key functions

- Warehouse layout and space planning, using data on fast-moving stock to keep goods flow efficient

- Stock control and inventory accuracy across the operation

- A team lead structure covering every key function, so each area is managed properly both upwards and downwards

- Performance and coaching for team leads and warehouse staff, against clear KPIs

• - Close collaboration with customer service, purchasing, sales and senior management
