QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5-7 years of experience in a managerial retail role in a Store/Boutique or Big Box setting
• Knowledge/interest in Sales and Customer Service
• Both Sales and Customer Service and also Clientele Building driven
• Strong understanding of Retail store Sales and Operations and concepts
• Proven ability to lead and develop and motivate a team
