Bring your energy to Aggreko as Senior Store Person based in Cloncurry.
Job Overview
Provide support in the execution of day-to-day business requirements to ensure efficient and on- time delivery of inventory. This includes planning, preparation, documentation and packaging of required items in line with Aggreko standards.
You will be required to work on a 2:1 roster.

What you’ll do as Senior StorePerson :
o Perform tasks for inwards and outwards goods.
o Control and record all incoming and outgoing equipment movements.
o Maintain accurate inventory data and stock levels using internal systems
o Analyze stock take results and investigate variances.
o Ensure adherence to inventory processes, procedures, and controls.
o Conduct spot audits and on-site inventory checks as required.
o Work closely with Operations, Logistics, and Projects teams.
o Maintain all documentation for accurate inventory management.
o Attend to external delivery vehicles for all incoming and outgoing deliveries. Ensure all deliveries are movements of cargo are performed safely and on time.
o Maintain accurate account of inventory in central store warehouse.
o Action time sensitive inventory requests for spare parts in stock.
o Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal stakeholders
o Communicate with vendors to resolve problems related to deliveries and returns.
o Comply with all QHS&E policies and procedures.
o Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
You are:
• Minimum 2 years Warehouse experience
• Current vehicle and forklift license required
• Heavy Rigid license is preferred
• Ability to learn inventory ERP system quickly and gain knowledge of products, people and locations.
• Proficient in MS Office – Teams, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Good communication and time management skills

An opportunity has become available at our Dandenong facility for a suitably experienced individual with a current forklift license. The successful candidate must be organised, proactive and be able to efficiently liaise with both internal and external stakeholders. Attention to detail is critical in this role as is the ability to accurately account for all inward goods deliveries from unloading through to reconciliation of the paperwork.
