ABOUT YOU

• Minimum 5 years’ experience editing and producing narrative-driven video content
• Proven track record creating storytelling content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or branded campaigns
• Deep understanding of pacing, emotion, narrative structure, and audience engagement
• Confident in leading projects and developing creative ideas from concept to delivery
• Strong technical skills in Premiere Pro (or equivalent)
• Self-directed, collaborative, and mission-driven
• Comfortable in working with others and leading a small team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a senior-level Storytelling Producer & Editor to lead the creative development of powerful, purpose-driven short-form content for the HelpBnk social media pages.
This is not a podcast editing or clipping role.
You will be responsible for reviewing raw video footage, typically from our “doorbell of dreams” pitch format and developing it into emotionally resonant, high-impact short-form stories. That may include structuring narrative arcs, designing storytelling “stunts” (e.g. surprise follow-ups, call-to-action moments, or community-based activations), and leading the creative vision for edits seen by millions.
This role requires both technical editing expertise and strong creative production instincts.
Please note: Do not be off put if your story-telling editing has only been applied to long form format. Our experienced creative team can support you in easily adapting your skills into short-form.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Watch and assess incoming video pitches (60 seconds in raw form)
• Identify strong story arcs and propose clear creative directions for each
• Develop short-form content (60 - 120 seconds) that connects emotionally and drives action
• Ideate and lead storytelling “stunts” or follow-up moments that go beyond a single edit
• Collaborate closely with the content team in a leadership role.
• Help shape the editorial vision of a fast-growing team and support junior creatives
• Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and storytelling integrity across formats
