In this role, you will be pivotal in driving the adoption of early cancer detection technologies across health systems. You will leverage your sales expertise to forge strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare executives and institutions. Your ability to effectively communicate complex concepts will foster collaboration with internal teams to implement impactful solutions. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the healthcare landscape while working remotely within the Northeast. \n Accountabilities Become a subject matter expert in cutting-edge technology and services, representing the organization to key stakeholders. Articulate the value of industry-leading products to executive leadership within health systems. Partner with Medical Affairs to recruit health systems for the adoption of detection tests. Negotiate and close contracts with healthcare institutions. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement effective tools for growth. Utilize CRM tools to capture customer interaction data and market intelligence. Provide valuable feedback to the Product and Marketing teams from customer insights. Develop strategic plans to gain and retain institutional contracts. Identify market opportunities and report competitive insights to leadership. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Sales, Business Management, Marketing or Science. 10+ years in medical sales with a proven track record in complex diagnostics solutions. Experience successfully closing contracts with health systems. Understanding of healthcare systems, including reimbursement processes. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Exceptional presentation abilities for both digital and in-person interactions. Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven account strategies. Ability to sell technically complex products. Valid driver’s license. Benefits Competitive base salary range of $175,000 - $210,000.
