Description

As a Senior Strategic Alliances Analyst, you will be responsible to unlock value from existing and new strategic partnerships. Within your portfolio of partners, you will identify top-line opportunities and bottom-line synergies, create business cases to support initiatives, lead and coordinate relevant work streams across the organization, and communicate internally and externally to create incremental benefits for Qatar Airways and its strategic alliance partners. You will be responsible to analyze and report partnership performance and identify initiatives across Commercial, Technical, Procurement and Cargo to enhance Qatar Airways (QR) network reach and to capitalize on the inherent strengths of our partners. You will also deliver ad-hoc projects and requests related to Strategic Alliances. Other duties would include: · Identify top-line and bottom-line opportunities; initiate and coordinate implementation projects across all business areas, including Commercial, Technical, Procurement and Cargo · Support the promotion, management and organization of all Alliance and Partnership initiatives across the company, with both internal and external stakeholders · Develop and deliver dashboards, regular reports and presentations with observations, analysis, key findings and recommendations that will help the department in understanding its business and identifying benefits and synergies • Manage codeshare optimization and regulatory processes in compliance with the respective civil aviation authorities’ requirements. · Maintain proper documentation of processes and deliverables to ensure transparency and organization in the team · Support knowledge and best practices sharing of topics, development of areas, techniques and technology to ensure business continuity in the team · Ensure compliance with alliance requirements where applicable · Manage ad-hoc requests related to Strategic Alliances within PRM, Sales, Distribution, Network Planning, Marketing, Procurement, Technical, Cargo and other divisions Be part of an extraordinary story Your skills. About You We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Strategic Alliances Team · Minimum qualification of bachelor’s degree or equivalent is essential · 4+ years of experience of job related experience with proven technical expertise in Airline Partnerships and Alliances • Comprehensive knowledge in interline and Special Prorate Agreements (SPA), codeshare partnerships, joint business arrangements, and blockspace agreements · Experience working in an international airline environment is a must · Relevant advanced degree including (but not limited to) Aviation, Business Administration, Commerce, Science and Engineering, Finance, Legal, Mathematical or Statistical related field · Deep understanding of commercial aviation, strategic planning and business management · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manipulate large volumes of data with commensurate confidence · Strong interpersonal skills, including written and spoken presentation · Proven influencing and negotiation skills, including the ability to achieve results through individuals outside his/her direct control · Ability to review, interpret, and present market research and/or reports About Qatar Airways Group Our story started with four aircraft.
