Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic design initiatives for the Modeling and Governance group
  • Work on early design concepts and strategically relevant product and value prop evolutions.
  • Closely collaborate with designers, product management and engineering
  • Initiate, drive and create buy-in for future concepts and directions that are in line with customer- and user needs, product- and company vision and strategy
  • Manage the evaluation of conditions and situations presented by the software, competitive reviews and stakeholders to determine recommended paths toward possible solutions and in the case of existing software, evaluate usability and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with UX researchers to facilitate larger-scale strategic research projects
  • Ensure high quality standards and alignment with our design system and UX principles.
  • Regularly sync design and contribution-level efforts with stakeholders for transparency and alignment with big-picture initiatives.
  • Facilitate compelling workshops with small and large groups – planning activities, drawing out insights, and engaging participants.
