Responsibilities

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant This role is a critical component of the Conduct Initiatives team, responsible for driving enterprise-wide change management efforts and supporting high-impact, sensitive initiatives. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner to project managers, senior leadership, operational subject matter experts, and other key stakeholders. This position plays a dual role-supporting broad change initiatives and leading urgent, confidential, and high-priority efforts.

In this role you will:

  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with a focus on strategic design, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insights and recommendations based on root cause analysis and stakeholder input.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level presentations and materials to support decision-making and initiative alignment.
  • Facilitate the intake and synthesis of diverse perspectives, including legal, compliance, frontline, ER, technology, analytics, and reporting.
  • Drive initiative planning from opportunity identification through to strategic recommendation, handing off to implementation teams as appropriate.
  • Ensure all proposed changes are assessed for policy, control, and operational impacts.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment and consistency across initiatives.
