Job Description Key responsibilities/essential functions include: Drive the creation and rollout of a nationwide ecosystem for senior hospital leaders, aligning with GEHC strategic account hospital development strategies and championing value‑based healthcare concepts. Leverage One GEHC as a strategic foundation to design and implement customer ecosystem solutions, leading cross‑functional business units through the execution phase. Develop and lead professional education programs and collaborative initiatives for non‑clinical strategic customers, effectively communicating scientific equipment management principles. Partner with diverse business groups to advance integrated diagnostic‑treatment solutions across product lines, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption. Promote the philosophy of scientific equipment management throughout GEHC, reinforcing best‑practice standards. Establish and nurture relationships with non‑clinical customers to support the achievement of SKA team objectives and overall business goals. Required Qualifications: Over 10 years of experience in sales, KA management, strategy development. Medical industry is a must. Strong strategic thinking and deep customer insight to foresee market needs. Good at building and maintaining senior‑client and expert relationships for long‑term partnerships. Experienced in project management and cross‑function coordination. Clear thinking, strong communication skills, and influence. Project management and cross department coordination abilities. Keen learning ability and innovative mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
