You will shape integrated delivery strategies, combining construction expertise with strategic insight to define how major, complex schemes can be delivered. This role suits someone who excels in early planning and enjoys solving complex delivery challenges. Please Note: This is Full-time/Part-time permanent role based in UK/London. You’ll be responsible for: Shaping early delivery strategies, defining phasing, sequencing and constraints. Developing integrated strategic schedules for all project stages. Managing optioneering and scenario modelling. Providing buildability, logistics and methodology insight. Assessing design, planning and operational constraints. Evaluating feasibility, risks and opportunities. Supporting early procurement and benchmarking. Aligning stakeholders and integrate multidisciplinary inputs. You’ll need to have: Experienced in pre‑construction, planning or design management for major, complex projects. Strong buildability, logistics and early‑stage phasing expertise. High programme literacy with ability to test delivery scenarios. Clear communicator with strong advisory skills and collaborative approach.
