We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Lead to join our team and drive strategic reviews across our private sector, home ownership, and older persons business areas.
Offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract, this role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong track record in private sector housing, services for older people, project management, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
You will play a key role in evaluating current strategies and service models, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing clear, actionable recommendations to enhance customer outcomes and support service transformation.

• Extensive experience in project management, strategy consulting, or business transformation roles.

• A strong background in conducting high-level strategic reviews and business analysis within complex situations.

• Proven ability to interact and influence senior executives.
• Demonstrated expertise in home ownership products, including leaseholders, shared owners and reshaping services. decision-making, financial modelling, performance analysis and engagement strategies.
• A track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
