I. WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN THIS ROLE: As a Strategic Project Officer, you will work closely with Partners and Directors to maximize leadership effectiveness and drive strategic execution across the organization. You will ensure leaders focus on the highest-impact priorities by optimizing their time allocation, coordinating strategic initiatives, tracking key commitments, and driving accountability across stakeholders. Through strong project coordination and execution discipline, you will help transform priorities into measurable business outcomes. II. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Strategic Prioritization & Calendar Optimization Manage and optimize Partners' and Directors' calendars based on strategic priorities, business objectives, and key commitments. Ensure leadership time is allocated to the highest-impact activities and initiatives. Anticipate scheduling conflicts, competing priorities, and execution risks. Coordinate meetings, business reviews, and critical discussions to maximize effectiveness. Track key action items, decisions, and commitments to ensure timely follow-through. 2. Strategic Project Coordination Coordinate strategic and cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution. Monitor milestones, timelines, dependencies, and risks. Drive stakeholder alignment and accountability to ensure deliverables are completed on time. Provide progress updates and escalate issues when necessary. 3. Stakeholder Engagement & Execution Coordinate critical discussions and follow-up actions across teams and stakeholders. Track execution progress and identify gaps, risks, or delays. Support leaders in ensuring strategic initiatives remain on track and aligned with business objectives. 4. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve execution effectiveness, workflows, and collaboration. Develop tracking and reporting mechanisms to increase visibility and accountability. Contribute to a culture of operational excellence and disciplined execution. III. KEY REQUIREMENTS: Experience & Background 5–10 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Business Operations, Strategic Planning, Executive Support, or similar roles. Experience working closely with senior leaders (C-level, Partners, Directors, or Board Members). Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Skills & Competencies Strategic Prioritization: Ability to align time, resources, and activities with business priorities. Project Management: Strong planning, coordination, execution, and follow-through skills. Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence, align, and drive accountability across teams. Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving, judgment, and decision-support capability. Ownership & Resilience: Proactive, detail-oriented, accountable, and able to perform under pressure. Communication: Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
