Job Description Join Our LEGO Agency (OLA) as Senior Strategic Resourcing Manager and help us shape how creativity comes to life. You’ll be the one ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time to deliver world-class campaigns! We offer a hybrid working model called Best of Both: three days in the Billund Havremarken office and up to two days from home. Please note that relocation assistance is not available for this position. Core Responsibilities Define and maintain clarity in resource allocation across OLA, ensuring alignment with Leadership Team priorities. Balance data- and insightful decision making with creative ambition when assigning the right mix of expertise. Assess available resources, including personnel and borrowed staff budgets, to inform allocation decisions. Partner with department heads and business leaders to prioritize resourcing based on impact and business needs. Develop and implement allocation plans that optimize resources while maintaining stability and consistency across campaigns and Visual Identity work. Lead staffing efforts within Integrated Services alongside business leaders and the Head of Integrated Project Management, matching the right teams with the right business units. Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of resourcing, making data-informed adjustments as priorities evolve. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on strategies and insights. Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement in resourcing practices. Do you have what it takes? Strategic attitude with strong analytical and organizational skills. Proven experience in resource management, operations, or project management in a creative or marketing environment. Experience in leading cross-functional projects and senior collaborators. Strong analytical skills with knowledge of resource planning tools and methodologies. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Comfort working in complex, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environments. Experience in in-house agencies or coordinated marketing teams a plus. Background in creative, advertising, or marketing environments preferred. Familiarity with agile methodologies and creative workflows is advantageous.
