Join Us and Make an Impact.  About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our Integrated Supply Chain team supporting an Industrial Automation environment. This role is critical in delivering commercial value across capital projects, service contracts, and operational supply chains through strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and procurement excellence. You will work closely with Operations, Engineering, Project Managers, Service teams, and regional/global supply chain leaders to ensure compliance, optimise spend, mitigate risk, and drive continuous improvement across a complex industrial portfolio. Key Responsibilities * Lead end‑to‑end strategic sourcing and procurement activities across industrial automation projects, services, and renewals * Support pre‑award cost estimates and supplier identification during proposal, tender, and bid phases * Develop and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and evaluate technical and commercial submissions * Negotiate pricing, scope, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with suppliers and subcontractors * Manage supplier and subcontractor qualification and onboarding in line with corporate governance and compliance policies About You * Proven experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management * Background in industrial automation, manufacturing, engineering, utilities, or heavy industry (highly desirable) * Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in supplier negotiation and contract management * Experience using ERP procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar * Highly organised, self‑motivated, and results driven * Solid understanding of subcontractor commercial terms, compliance requirements, and local tax considerations Qualifications * Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Commerce, or Business * Professional procurement or supply chain certification (advantageous) Who We Are The Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
