As the Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist - IT Sourcing , you will be a key member of Medtronic’s center-led Indirect Supply Management (ISM) team responsible for managing and influencing ~$500M in IT Software and Hardware spend. In this global role, you will partner with stakeholders across Functions, Regions, and Businesses to drive value. Reporting to the Global Indirect Supply Management Leader for IT Sourcing you will utilize your strong business acumen and prior sourcing experience to select the appropriate suppliers, negotiating complex contracts that will protect Medtronic’s interests.

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4 years of relevant Sourcing experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant Sourcing experience
