Guide the articulation and application of Ford's brand strategy across the enterprise, including: Brand architecture and sub-brand development Extending the brand strategy across regional markets, supporting and influencing strategic direction and campaign development Bringing Ford's brand to life internally by elevating the employer brand and designing and implementing initiatives that inspire and engage employees Partner with stakeholders across product, design, marketing, and customer experience to align brand expression Lead the development and ongoing refinement of brand guidelines and toolkits to ensure strategic clarity and creative excellence. Oversee brand consistency across global teams, initiatives, and customer touchpoints, serving as a central steward of the brand Contribute to naming logic and architecture across Ford's product and service ecosystem, ensuring that naming decisions reflect our positioning, lifestyle audiences, and long-term vision Partner with the nomenclature team to shape naming principles, advocate for consistency across sub-brands, and provide the strategic rationale needed to gain alignment on more complex or contentious naming decisions Distill research findings and competitive intelligence into actionable brand insights Write briefs, prepare presentations, structure and run workshops alongside the Global Brand Strategy Director Review agency briefing and output, ensuring quality delivery Established and active employee resource groups Bachelor's degree or commensurate work experience required. Minimum 8 years of relevant with a bachelor's degree 10+ years of experience in brand strategy Experience working across cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders Experience working with executives and preparing presentations for senior leaders Strong communication and storytelling skills, especially in presentation format Familiarity with brand architecture, portfolio strategy, and naming systems Strength in developing insights and applying them to shape strategic decisions Master's degree or commensurate work experience required. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience with a master's degree.
