We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and strategic associate to support our CEO/COO Office. The scope of this role is to own and manage high-impact initiatives across the company, being responsible for their delivery, thus supporting Aleph Alpha in reaching its next steps. The ideal candidate is a team player who possesses a strong entrepreneurial drive and high agency. This role requires a blend of strategic and analytical thinking, a structured approach to your tasks and operational efficiency to manage the various projects that come your way.

• Drive and support high-impact projects and initiatives across the company, ensuring they are executed efficiently and within deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather data, track progress, drive decisions and resolve any bottlenecks.
• Develop project plans, define milestones, and monitor project deliverables to ensure successful completion.
• Assist in the implementation of new systems, tools, and processes to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies, and practices.
