REQUIREMENTS

• 2–3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, ideally with a strong analytical foundation
• Proven experience in banking, with a solid understanding of industry dynamics
• Strong tech affinity — comfortable working with digital tools, data models, and transformation platforms
• Experience across both strategic change initiatives and operational finance environments (e.g. controlling, reporting, planning)
• Familiarity with transformation programs, including process redesign and system implementation
• Risk management experience is a plus
• Fluent in English; German is a plus

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead strategic workstreams in finance transformation programs for banking clients
• Translate complex business challenges into actionable roadmaps and solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, delivery, and architecture
• Support client engagements from early shaping to execution, including C-level interactions
• Contribute to internal capability building and team development
• Bring thought leadership on bank steering, KPIs, and financial performance
• Help define and evolve our finance transformation offering
