About the role: As a Senior Strategy Manager, you’ll be joining the FIS Corporate Strategy team to help guide the new initiatives, product innovation and growth opportunities. Working as a member of the Corporate Strategy team you’ll be building relationships across banking, payments and capital markets experts as to better understand where the market is headed, and how to best position FIS for success. About the team: As part of the Corporate Strategy team you will be involved in high-priority projects that are at the top of our senior management's agenda and at the forefront of the industry. Your responsibilities will include developing growth strategies, launching new products and entering new markets, forming partnerships or acquisitions, and initiating cross-line of business projects. Projects are typically team-based and include close collaboration with the FIS senior executives. What you will be doing? In this role you will be responsible for guiding the corporate strategy for FIS Act as thought leader on the strategy and execution; maintain keen awareness of industry landscape and directly inform FIS go-to-market efforts and product strategy Articulate FIS product vision clearly and concisely translating complex concepts into easily accessible and understood content and visualizations Analyze operational and financial data Support creation of CEO-level executive communications for events like Board presentations or Operating Committee strategy offsites Strong interpersonal and influencing skills - and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels in a peer-like way, and achieve goals without direct control over resources What you will need: Undergraduate degree 5+ years of experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Self-motivation and willingness to learn High energy and intellectual curiosity Excellent communication and interpersonal skills What we offer you: A career at FIS is more than just a job. The pay range for this full-time position is $144,720.00 - $243,140.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
