We are partnering with a leading listed Australian retail business to appoint a Senior Strategy Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior strategy consultant looking to move into a role that combines corporate strategy, executive engagement and execution.

Working closely with senior leaders across the business, you will help shape the organisation's customer and digital agenda, identify strategic growth opportunities and influence some of the most important strategic initiatives underway.

• Key responsibilities:Developing enterprise-wide customer and digital strategy
• Leading complex strategic problem solving and hypothesis-based analysis
• Bringing external perspectives and industry best practice to inform decision making
• Preparing executive and Board-level recommendations and presentations
• Partnering with senior stakeholders across Strategy, Finance, Technology, Operations and Commercial teams
• Supporting strategic initiatives through to execution
• Contributing to the ongoing development of a high-performing strategy function.

• About YouYou will bring:8+ years’ experience from a combination of inhouse strategy and leading strategy consulting firm such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, LEK, Kearney, Strategy& or quality boutiques.
• Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving capability.
• Outstanding communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and operating in complex environments.
• Exposure to digital, customer, transformation or growth strategy initiatives is helpful but not essential.
