Responsibilities
  • Support the development of a company-wide sales performance reporting system that provides clear visibility into revenue activity and performance trends
  • Lead the rollout of a new executive reporting process for commercial performance planning across multiple business units
  • Collaborate with internal partners across sales, operations, and data teams to review and improve key sales processes and reporting workflows
  • Build and maintain dashboards, performance trackers, and reports using tools such as Google Sheets, Salesforce, Tableau, SQL, and cloud-based data platforms
  • Deliver clear and compelling reports, summaries, and presentations tailored to senior leaders and business stakeholders
  • Analyze sales metrics to improve forecasting accuracy, track performance against targets, and identify areas of opportunity
  • Contribute both as a technical builder of reporting tools and as a strategic partner in business planning and decision support
  • Thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities may shift, and where strong judgment and responsiveness are key
  • Present data-driven insights and recommendations to executives to support strategic initiatives
  • Cultivate an environment of strong culture, collaboration and engagement leveraging high emotional intelligence
