Employer Operations Business Enablement

Our team and what we’ll accomplish together:
The TELUS Health Employer Operations Business Enablement team works collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to ensure we maximize the expertise and capabilities available across TELUS Health. We work cross functionally to ensure we achieve or exceed our business targets.
What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Director, Business Enablement, you are a key contributor to overall strategy & planning and are a key player of the Reporting and Analytics team. You will lead the strategy, which includes the vision, strategic direction and prioritized strategic/tactical projects, plans & analysis.

How you will make an impact

  • You will develop scenario-based analysis and make recommendations to Senior Leadership team;
  • You will Lead, develop and monitor strategic initiatives;
  • Facilitate the prioritization process, business initiatives and resources;
  • Implement governance structures connected to core priorities;
  • Direct scorecard, metrics and capacity model development and identification;
  • Change management model in place to facilitate changes including communication planning and gates;
  • Coordinate, plan and facilitate meetings at senior leadership level (VP and higher);
  • Take ownership and delivery of results on special projects identified by the leadership team;
  • Establish executive-level reporting of core performance metrics & outcomes.

What you bring:

  • You have a University degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or other quantitative discipline;
  • You have 5+ years in a strategy, planning or analytical role;
  • You possess a unique mix of advanced strategy, planning, program management, and exceptional leadership competencies ;
  • You have an advanced strategic analysis, thinking and synthesis skills; ability to think and execute strategically ;
  • You have the ability to undertake complex analysis to develop high-level business strategies and tactics;
  • You have strong business acumen and experience in communicating at an executive level;
  • Has a track record for successfully leading direct and matrix teams through change ;
  • You excel in highly collaborative team environments ;
  • You have strong communication, interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and thought leadership ;
  • You have the ability to form strong working relationships and transform the complicated into simple ;
  • You are an agile learner with the ability to operate at the intersections of: big ideas and small details, thinking and doing, boldness and humility, leading and following.

Great-to-haves

  • Canadian health care experience is an asset;
  • Bilingual fluency (English and French) is an asset.
