MINIMUM EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or business administration or equivalent.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
Five (5) years work experience in information technology or business environment including project management, quantitative analysis, forecasting, process improvement, or market/competitive analysis.
About the Role - This role will oversee all Data & Technology hiring requests, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and a strategic, consultative approach. This role will partner closely with frontline managers to deliver actionable insights and guidance, and collaborate seamlessly with Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and the Chief of Staff teams across D&T. A proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to resolve stakeholder concerns swiftly and professionally are essential.
Successful candidates will excel at navigating ambiguity and driving concepts through execution, leveraging diverse data sources to develop strategic recommendations, and managing large-scale initiatives. They must communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with senior leaders and collaborate across functions within and beyond the D&T organization, including Finance, Human Resources, Communications, Legal, and other FedEx enterprise teams.
