Responsibilities: • Participate in projects and motivate/manage project teams of structural engineers and draftsmen. • Collaborate constructively with colleagues, external partners (such as architects and other design disciplines), and clients. • Maintain an international mindset and cooperate with our offices abroad for certain engineering tasks, ensuring the required project quality. • Respond effectively to client needs and requests. • Aim for sustainable and efficient engineering solutions. • Ensure that budgets, timelines, and quality standards for engineering work are met. You will ensure that your assigned projects comply with our quality system. • Report project progress on a weekly basis. • Promote an integrated design process by considering the interaction of different disciplines involved. • Stay up to date with standards, guidelines, new techniques, and developments in your field, and share relevant information with your team and colleagues. Qualifications Requirements: You are a qualified Structural Engineer holding a Bachelor`s Degree, mandatory. You have 8-10 years of relevant technical experience with structural engineering projects, including computing and designing various types of concrete and steel structures. Experience on projects outside Romania is preferred; projects located in the US and Australia are an advantage. You have been involved in all aspects and phases of projects: tendering, calculations, design, execution, and management. You possess good communication skills. You have a high proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking). You have strong expertise in using calculation software; experience with STAAD Pro is a plus.
