THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Senior Structural Engineer to join our team in Sussex, NB, in this role, you’ll play a key part in the structural design and construction of our modular and panelized buildings. You’ll also have opportunities to travel to other company locations to support project management and perform on-site inspections.
The ideal candidate has experience with design/build methods—particularly in wood-frame, steel, and concrete construction—and brings a practical, solution-focused approach to every project. You’re a clear communicator, an effective collaborator, and able to manage multiple priorities without compromising on quality or deadlines.

· Develop structural designs in compliance with the National Building Code of Canada (NBCC)
· Assist in project management and inspection of construction in the shop and in the field.
· Work closely with sales team to provide preliminary designs and solutions as required for sales drawings.
· Supervise, review, and approve construction drawings
